This institutional meeting enabled an exchange of experiences on the modernization of public services, while further consolidating the Madrid region’s position as a technological benchmark in Europe.
At the conclusion of the meeting, López-Valverde stated that it had served to establish a framework for collaboration and mutual learning, “as well as to share codes of best practices aimed at improving the administrative efficiency of local and regional institutions in both countries and ensuring that innovation translates into a real improvement in citizens’ quality of life, under principles of ethics and transparency.”
The session also addressed issues such as responsible digitalization, data protection, and the secure integration of Artificial Intelligence into public services.
