In just five years, this project has established itself as one of the leading references in specialized training in international trade.
After passing a rigorous selection process, with more than 1,600 applicants for 44 positions, and completing a 300-hour training programme, the technicians will begin their professional experience abroad, representing the name of Madrid in different markets.
With this fifth edition, the programme is further consolidated as a reflection of the talent of young people from Madrid and of the strong commitment of the Madrid Region and the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid to business competitiveness.
During the meeting, the 24 Foreign Trade Technicians (TCEs) were able to learn first-hand about the objectives of Invest in Madrid as the Community of Madrid’s foreign investment attraction agency, as well as the activities and initiatives we carry out to highlight our region as an attractive destination for foreign investment.

We support companies throughout their entire investment project in our region, from the moment they request information about setting up a business to its establishment and subsequent expansion.
The event was opened by Luis Socías Uribe, Director General of Invest in Madrid.
We were accompanied by Jacobo Pérez-Soba, Manager of the Community of Madrid’s Internationalization One-Stop Shop (Madrid-VUI), and Miguel Bufalá, International Coordinator and Head of the TCE Programme for Asia, MENA and Tourism at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services.
