Dualterra Capital Partners is a real estate investment platform specialising in the residential sector. From the perspective of Dualterra’s operating partner in Spain, we are responsible for implementing the investment strategy on the ground.
Our work begins with identifying acquisition opportunities, followed by technical and urban planning analysis, negotiation, planning and supervision of refurbishment works, and concludes with the marketing and management of the asset.

Dualterra’s positioning in Madrid has been made possible by a business model that is highly focused on execution. We have developed the operational structure required to identify off-market opportunities, coordinate refurbishment projects, control costs and timelines, and maximise the value of each asset.

From an operational perspective, our objective is to continue increasing our capacity to execute projects.
We are strengthening our processes for sourcing opportunities, managing construction works and marketing assets, so that Dualterra can increase its investment volume while maintaining the same standards of quality and profitability.
- Why did you choose the Madrid Region?
Because Madrid combines strong demand with a residential property stock offering enormous potential for transformation. We see on a daily basis that there are numerous opportunities to create value through effective execution: identifying undervalued assets, redesigning their layouts, optimising refurbishment works and adapting them to the current needs of the residential market.
- Do you have offices in any other European cities?
At present, our operational activity is coordinated from Madrid.
