Madrid Region showcases its economic strengths and business opportunities at the third Madrid Investment Forum

The Madrid Region will showcase its economic strengths and business opportunities to national and international companies and investors at the third edition of the Madrid Investment Forum, taking place from 28 to 30 September to further strengthen the region’s leadership in attracting foreign investment

The event, organised by Invest in Madrid, will feature morning and afternoon sessions in the capital and five other municipalities, with the participation of companies such as Siemens, Iberia, Airbus, Mapfre, Culmia, ElevenLabs and Lilly, alongside the top executives of Endesa, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, ITP Aero, Nabiax and Apollo Global Management.

The first day will kick off on Monday 28 September at Forbes House, with an analysis of Madrid’s international outlook, public-private collaboration, and the challenges and opportunities facing its key industries. In the afternoon, the former Valdemoro washhouse will host discussions on logistics, data centres, talent and Artificial Intelligence.

The following day, the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Centre in Tres Cantos will host morning sessions focusing on defence, security and biomedicine. In the afternoon, the Villanueva de la Cañada Town Hall will turn its attention to the reconstruction of the Sierra Oeste area following this summer’s major wildfire, as well as to housing.

On Wednesday 30 September, the Óleum olive mill in Villaconejos will host a discussion on tourism and the rural environment. Finally, Alcalá de Henares will host the forum’s closing session, focusing on entrepreneurship and the presentation of the Madrid, Destination for Investment and Entrepreneurship awards.
