U.S. Technology Takes the Stage at the 5th Edition of Tech Show Madrid

Madrid is becoming a meeting point for international companies seeking to grow in Europe

Show Madrid will celebrate its fifth edition on October 29–30 2025 at IFEMA, consolidating its position as one of Southern Europe’s leading technology events. The gathering will bring together thousands of professionals around key areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, big data, and digital marketing, reflecting the dynamism of a sector in full transformation.

This year’s edition will feature a strong representation of U.S. companies, underscoring the close connection between Madrid and the American tech industry.
Among the exhibitors are major players such as Amazon Advertising, Salesforce, PayPal, Iron Mountain, and Klaviyo, alongside highly innovative firms like Amplitude, NinjaOne, Object First, Ridge Security, and ElevenLabs, the New York–based startup specializing in generative AI for audio. This mix of established leaders and emerging innovators highlights how Madrid is becoming a meeting point for international companies seeking to grow in Europe.

The appeal of the Spanish capital is clear in the numbers. Madrid is home to more than 238,000 jobs in the tech sector and over 2,600 startups, supported by a liberalized telecommunications market and significant investments in next-generation digital infrastructure. The region’s advanced connectivity has also fueled a boom in data center installations: in the past four years, installed capacity has grown by 89.3%, reaching more than 40 operational facilities, which positions Madrid as Europe’s sixthlargest data region. This expansion is backed by multibillion-dollar investments from U.S. companies such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, and Oracle, which have launched new cloud regions and expanded their infrastructure to serve European markets.

In addition, the Madrid Regional Government has promoted the creation of six sectorbased clusters that serve as strategic instruments to boost innovation and technological development, helping businesses increase productivity and competitiveness. These clusters are key drivers of digital transformation across industries and reinforce Madrid’s role as a leading digital hub in Southern Europe.

Against this backdrop, the fifth edition of Tech Show Madrid will not only showcase the latest innovations but also strengthen ties between Madrid’s ecosystem and global technology leaders. The presence of prominent American companies confirms that Madrid offers the right combination of talent, infrastructure, and connectivity to solidify its position as one of Europe’s top technology hubs.
