Mexican company Nômade is finalizing preparations for the opening of its first hotel outside Mexico, Nômade Temple Madrid, located on Gran Vía.
The project, with an estimated investment of 18 million euros and 93 rooms, is scheduled to open in March 2026. With this launch, the company aims to bring its concept of hospitality and well-being to an urban environment and strengthen its international presence within the hotel industry.
According to Hosteltur, the arrival in Madrid is part of a broader strategy through which the Nômade Temple brand will make its simultaneous debut in Europe with two new hotels: one in Madrid and another in Ibiza. This expansion reflects the company’s ambition to bring to Europe its lodging model focused on sensory experiences, connection with the surroundings, and holistic well-being — elements that have defined its identity in Mexico and will here be adapted to the local cultural context.
The relationship between Madrid and Mexico in this case is reflected in the business and investment sphere. The arrival of a Mexican company in the Madrid market demonstrates a growing interest in establishing economic ties between the two countries and the willingness of Mexican firms to expand into Europe through Spain. Such initiatives help to strengthen commercial and tourism links between the two regions, particularly in sectors such as hospitality and services.
