European Arbitration Association

The European Arbitration Association, constituted in January 2000, has more than 20 years of experience administering arbitration and promoting the dissemination and practice of this dispute resolution tool among companies, lawyers, institutions and arbitrators. In addition, and as a fundamental part of the dissemination and promotion of the practice of arbitration, the AEA organises the annual "Open de Arbitraje" event in Madrid, an international benchmark congress for professionals in the sector.

The European Association of Arbitration has an exemplary and extensive track record in which our Court of Arbitration has positioned itself as one of the leading arbitration institutions at a domestic level, as well as guaranteeing its brand presence at an international level thanks to the numerous institutional agreements and events related to arbitration activity.
