This was highlighted by the Regional Minister for Economy, Finance and Employment, Rocío Albert, during the 3rd Executive of the Year Awards organized by the newspaper La Razón, attended by around one hundred senior executives and representatives from sectors including R&D, digitalization, energy and transport.
Albert emphasized that the regional government is committed to helping companies find highly qualified professionals and seize the opportunities offered by the labour market. To this end, it is promoting initiatives such as the Youth Employment and Digital Talent programmes. The latter has already helped 7,000 people enhance their digital skills and achieved a 60% job placement rate. The regional government also supports the TalentIA programme, developed in collaboration with Microsoft and PUE Academy, to expand AI training as a key driver of employability.
