By registering as a local partner, you agree to publish information about your company and the activity it carries out on the Invest In Madrid page. Once the form is received, Invest In Madrid will publish a file with all the information provided in it, allowing direct contact between the investor and the local partner, through the contact provided by them.
To this end, for the publication of its information, the local partner undertakes to comply with the commitment to ethical action attached below.

The data and files you provide us will be processed within the framework of the management of the platform and your condition as a local partner, in accordance with current regulations on data protection and confidentiality. To this end, the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted in order to avoid loss, misuse, alteration and/or unauthorized access. You may exercise your data protection rights, as well as report any incident, risk, security violation and/or regulatory non-compliance in our Internal Information System.
