• Hiring and termination of employees, their well-being, compensation policies, and negotiation processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Handling all procedures related to the affiliation and social security contributions of employees to the social security systems.
• Complete payroll management process, starting from the employee's onboarding to the company, calculating salaries, deductions, issuing payment receipts, and preparing relevant documents for possible departures, such as settlement payments and notifications to the corresponding public authorities.
• Preparation and filing of all payroll-related taxes and providing advice regarding the tax implications of each compensation element.
• Analyzing the level of compliance with HR, labor law, social security, and tax processes and regulations to determine if applicable legislation is being met, proposing corrective and/or improvement actions when necessary.
